The GEN24 Plus Hybrid Inverter is the ideal core for single-phase private PV systems with PV Point or Full Backup. The Fronius GEN24 Plus offers an integrated basic backup power supply with PV Point and even a full backup power solution through the option of connecting a battery storage system.

When combined with a stack of BYD Battery Box Premium HVM 2.76kWh Lithium Batteries with Battery Base and Control Unit which we have in stock, the inverter delivers high charging and discharging power. This means that the energy produced by your own PV system is optimally used and stored, ensuring an increased rate of self-consumption. This affords you flexible use of solar power for heating, cooling and e-mobility even at night, and even more independence from electricity providers and energy prices.

The Fronius GEN24 Plus Hybrid Inverter enables electrical self-sufficiency via enhanced security with two backup power options for every situation: A PV Point for backup power supply for loads of up to 3 kW via a socket, and Full Backup for reliable backup power for the whole home, even for large, three-phase loads such as heat pumps. What’s more, the Multi Flow Technology lets the hybrid inverter supply parallel energy flows in the system, even in backup power mode. Additional external components for grid switchover are required for the Full Backup and more information on this can be found in the operating instructions.
